The beginning of autumn, is opportunity for us to give thanks for the harvest and appreciate the bounty the Earth provides, even if we are not farmers, the harvest moon is still significant in all our lives. Most of us may not grow crops but we all grow and nourish other things that are important in our lives: ideas, dreams, relationships, love, our bodies, family, friends and much more. This is a time to slow down our frenzied outward activities and take time to rest and reflect inward on our life’s journey, so that we can continue to stay on our golden path.
