Schedule

Many of our classes are fast paced and can be intense & physically challenging at times. As our lives have become much more mentally fast paced & far less physically challenging – our aim at One Yoga is to restore balance to the mind, body & spirit, through breath & movement.

Our classes offer a very physically demanding yoga practise, bringing about, energy to the body, feelings of calm & surrender to the mind & a sense of spiritual connection to yourself again.
